Water Treatment Equipment, Inc. (WTE) is looking for a motivated and dedicated leader to join our team as a Service Manager. WTE is a Culligan franchise and Culligan continues to be an industry leader in Commercial and Residential water treatment and filtration systems.  WTE has been in business for over 60 years and is a mutigenerational family owned and operated company.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Service Technicians, Plumbers and Drivers
• Oversee service orders and scheduling
• Create and foster a successful work environment that promotes positive morale, productivity and employee development and resolve any staff conflicts or issues
• Assist in recruiting, training and evaluating employees
• Monitor and enforce performance standards through jobsite visits to ensure high quality service delivery
• Foster team culture of excellence, growth and collaboration
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure workplace safety standards
• Identify revenue opportunities
• Maintain high level of customer services by handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Manage fleet maintenance
• Optimize efficiency by consolidating/automating job duties wherever possible
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to align strategy and resolve issues

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of management or supervisory experience
• Water treatment or plumbing experience preferred
• Skilled communicator who can build trust across teams, customers and leadership
• Exceptional planning and time management skills and the ability to work unsupervised
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn field service software
• Valid driver’s license
